Group Workflows.
A shared workbench that lives on one device, under one neighborhood label. Group state never leaves your machine unless you choose to export it.
How it works.
Open the Civic Workbench and label your projects with a single neighborhood name — for example, "Cherry Street, Asheville." Every tracker, evidence bundle, and packet filed under that label shows up together.
Export = a printable group binder, ready for the next kitchen-table meeting.
Import = a QR code or a JSON file shared neighbor to neighbor. Another device can read it and pick up where the first left off.
There is no account, no group sign-up, and no server-side sync. The civic record does not become a social network. Group adoption travels the way civic adoption has always traveled — by paper, by hand, and by trust.
When to upgrade to a binder.
When more than three neighbors are involved, print the Binder Map, label the tabs A–G, and keep the binder in whichever household will host the next meeting.
