Every paid Edition, every Bundle, and every donation may be refunded within 30 days, for any reason or no reason at all. Digital and print orders are both included.
How to request a refund.
Email support@beforetheybuild.com with the order number from your receipt. That is the entire form.
Response window.
A human reads every refund request. We aim to reply within two business days, and to issue the refund within three.
Why no questions.
Because Trust outranks Conversion in our bylaws. If a publication didn't earn its keep for you, we'd rather keep your trust than your $9.
What stays free.
Every essential civic handbook is free at its canonical route, with or without a purchase. A refund does not remove your access to anything you were already entitled to read. Browse the free handbooks →
After 30 days.
Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion, and we are not unreasonable. If the publication you paid for is no longer accurate, write to us; the correction policy is public.
